The Lake Country Arts Council is devoted to the development and enhancement of the arts within the District of Lake Country. We support all artists and art organizations and promote cooperation among them, government and business. The Lake Country Arts Council works to advocate the arts in all its forms, and to inform and provide support for arts organizations and individual artists, including professional and emerging artists.

The LCAC supports individuals and various arts groups throughout the Central Okanagan who wish to create and stage arts related events within the District of Lake Country. Types of events that would be considered for grants:

• Music Events

• Stand-Up Comedy

• Music Festivals

• Spoken Word

• Live Theatre

• Arts / Children’s Festivals

• Dance

• Visual Arts

Lake Country Arts Council recognizes that these are challenging times for artists. We encourage local artists of all genres to submit innovative ideas to LCAC for funding in order to support getting exposure for your art.
